' "Curiouser and curiouser!" cried Alice (she was so much surprised, that for the moment she quite forgot how to speak good English)' We've all had moments when excitement and intrigue gets the better of our usually perfect command of grammar, but none of us have had our mistakes quoted quite so extensively as Alice. I love the phrase 'Curiouser and curiouser', and it seems just the right thing to say about all sorts of situations. I'd had it in mind as a Lost Shapes design for some time (along with scores of other ideas desperate to happen), so when I heard that we were celebrating 150 years of Alice in Wonderland this year I let it jump the queue. Here is the new design, 'Curiouser and Curiouser' - hand drawn and hand printed from a hand cut stencil, for maximum curiosity. You can find out loads about the original book, and important things like exactly what colour Alice's dress is supposed to be (Blue? I thought so too) here on the Alice in Wonderland 150 page.
And you can order your own in the Lost Shapes shop here, or if you are not in the UK, here, via etsy. Stay curious, folks.

Wow, just found your blog through moral fibres and it is fab! When I have some money I will be browsing your shop. Although for now I can only gaze longingly at your stuff, like the rain likely tee! I'd love to win one! hint hint ;)

NO MORE BLOGGINGI stopped writing this blog a while ago - social media just seems a more responsive way to share ideas these days (plus I never got 'round to it!). I'll leave these posts up for now for anyone who wants to get a bit more of a sense of what's behind what I do. Archives
