*****HAPPY CHRISTMAS YOU LOVELY CUSTOMERS!*****
Lost Shapes is now shut for Christmas and New Year, and will re-open on 2nd Jan.
Have a browse, even order if you like, but orders won't be dispatched until 6th January at the earliest.
We can no longer guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery, as it's getting tight for time to print to order.
BUT we have loads here printed already, so if you're after something please email to check stock, and it's very likely we can work it out for you. Absolute latest is Friday midday, as that's last posting day.
Thanks for all your custom over the year.
You'll see some really nice screen printed hoodies.
Way back in the summer I started working on some designs for staff hoodies and kids' t-shirts for the Woodland Play Centre in the Quantocks - a wonderful little corner of woodland where children (and adults) can get close to nature and play freely in wild spaces. They had some logos and ideas, but wanted them simplified into a two different bold designs to give the staff a clearer identity, and the kids something to take as a souvenir from the playschemes and clubs they run. A couple of weekends ago I went out there to see them in action. I just happened to be there on the most beautiful winter morning, and it was hard to imagine anything better than drinking coffee, cooking sausages on the fire, and watching children make dens in 'the best Birthday party ever' while the sun streamed through the bare trees.
Here's how the hoodies looked in action:
Kids t-shirts are now for sale through the Woodland Play Centre (with hoodies an option too). Here's the first customers showing them off.
I possibly got too immersed, imagining personalities and conversations between my little people, but you really can spend a fun hour wandering around the house with tiny people and I recommend everyone has a go.
NO MORE BLOGGING
I stopped writing this blog a while ago - social media just seems a more responsive way to share ideas these days (plus I never got 'round to it!). I'll leave these posts up for now for anyone who wants to get a bit more of a sense of what's behind what I do.
