How hard can it be to do a repeat pattern across a few metres of fabric?
Turns out that in a small garage space, with ink threatening to dry on the screen if you stop to dry the print, it's actually pretty hard. That'll be why those factories have such long tables...
So I spent most of the yellow print panicking about smudging and cursing myself for taking on something so bloomin' big, and then... then the second colour came along. And I made up a perfect slightly translucent teally-turquoise, and I tried it out, and it started to get exciting!
A great day spent in Frome on Sunday at St Catherines Artisan Market. A lot of happy t-shirt customers, but it would have been a really pleasant day anyway: sunshine; good conversation; delicious food smells... I even got live music and deeper-then-average graffiti on my pitch.
